Christi Brown: 

Christi is an All-Foods-Fit Nutrition Coach who helps fitness lovers and Moms heal their relationship with food and their body image. As a former Athlete, Bodybuilder, and current Mom of 2 who was once stuck in the all-or-nothing mentality around health, Christi understand the deepest depths of this hell. She helps you move away from strict food rules so you can stop binge eating and learn how to trust yourself around all foods through your intuitive cues while feeling in control of your nutrition and training again.
