A: That’s completely OK because this is a self-paced course, this means you can take all the time you want, whatever is most comfortable for you.

A: You will get emails from the creators in the first lesson if you need some extra help. Christi and Mark welcome any questions you might have.
Q: How long do I have access to the course for?
A: You have lifetime access to the course. We want you to be able to refer back to this course whenever you need it.
Q: This is a lot of information, what if it’s too much?
A: We get that this can seem overwhelming. Even though the course is made for 8 weeks, we want you to go at the pace that is right for you. Take 8 weeks or 80 weeks, whichever is right for you!

Christi is an All-Foods-Fit Nutrition Coach who helps fitness lovers and Moms heal their relationship with food and their body image. As a former Athlete, Bodybuilder, and current Mom of 2 who was once stuck in the all-or-nothing mentality around health, Christi understand the deepest depths of this hell. She helps you move away from strict food rules so you can stop binge eating and learn how to trust yourself around all foods through your intuitive cues while feeling in control of your nutrition and training again.
